What is the easiest way to make a Gif animation? I am currently working on an animation from Hoodwinked. The animation is made from pictures I've found on the web, so its a bit choppy, please voice your criticism.
I have a program that converts Powerpoint presentations into animated gifs. But the file size is always too big to use as an avatar or sig. Otherwise, I just use Photoshop, and build them one layer/frame at a time. If you can afford the increase in KB size (and if it is possible), I would add a few more frames and cut the speed down to a 0.2 sec frame delay - that should give it a little more fluid motion.
Thanks, nice avatar;)
It's looking nice.I like it.
My trial on the Animation Shop ran out, are there any good programs that make gif's and are free?
There is the GIMP you could try. It's FREE as most people know. You need to make layer by layer and stuff.
Turbanator recommends this Stage6 Online Video Discussion Forum -> GIMP Free Picture Editor
Medafusion knows a program Medafusion thinks its something like GifAnimator its a simple program only about 100kb Medafusion thinks? All you do drag the images in order into the window click make animation and save it and it's done however Medafusion does no longer fully remember the name so Medafusion is most likely wrong on the name. Also it was free and does not have a trial since it's free.
Thanks, I'll try those out...
