Well if the background is flat like thouse you could use the Magic Wand tool to select the color.

Otherwise if you look in the Tutorials and Questions forum you can find tutorials for extracting images from their backgrounds.

Im not sure what you mean, can you take a screen shot of the problem?

Try Magic Wand and click on the color you desire, then Select

Well, i can't help you learn the function of every single feature, but i'll tell you what to do to get that background out.

>Find your image and save it to your computer. >open Photoshop >go to File -> open >find your image and press "ok" >select the magic wand tool (it looks like a wand and i believe it is in the second column, second row. >on the top it should say "tolerance" select in that box and type 1, then press enter >now make your mouse go on top of the picture in the green area and left-click >it should select a bunch of the area around the render >select your selection tool (it looks like a box, first column, first row in that tablet on your left >right-click over your image and select "layer via cut" >now go to your layers tab (on the right side) >delete the background layer >go to File -> save as and type the name and location of where you want it > save as a .png or a .gif and press ok.
