Can some help me i got pictures but they got a backgorund how do i put them into my layer with like just the image E.G. like on http://forums.filefront.com/showthread.php?t=178593 just the character but not with the green background in it of cause i would really appreciate it if someone could help me out here
Well if the background is flat like thouse you could use the Magic Wand tool to select the color.
Otherwise if you look in the Tutorials and Questions forum you can find tutorials for extracting images from their backgrounds.
well i cant seem to get much online so can some please tell me how to do it and it seems the magic wound tool doens't work

Well this is my back ground i wold just like to make it blend in or just like a grey or green outline color and remover the background so i just got the mage
Grhh i just cant design anything i don't know how you guys do it it seems so easy i need a tutorial on every single tool what they do and what they can be used for

Well, i can't help you learn the function of every single feature, but i'll tell you what to do to get that background out.
>Find your image and save it to your computer. >open Photoshop >go to File -> open >find your image and press "ok" >select the magic wand tool (it looks like a wand and i believe it is in the second column, second row. >on the top it should say "tolerance" select in that box and type 1, then press enter >now make your mouse go on top of the picture in the green area and left-click >it should select a bunch of the area around the render >select your selection tool (it looks like a box, first column, first row in that tablet on your left >right-click over your image and select "layer via cut" >now go to your layers tab (on the right side) >delete the background layer >go to File -> save as and type the name and location of where you want it > save as a .png or a .gif and press ok.
