I always wanted to have a cool sig such as this

but shame on me, I never succeeded. I'm talking here about the cool lightning and other unnamed fx used in those.

Can a fellow designer gimme some hints how to make those or maybe even link to some tut? :smokin:

That isnt that hard, its hard to explain when im not doind it right now and i need to reinstall photoshop anyway but all you need is experience and it kinda comes naturally after a while.

You need to take a look at different composition styles done by professionals. Look at ads, billboards, product labels, movie posters, etc. All those are done by people who know how to put a few elements together to catch the consumer's eye. Also, you need to learn different techniques in photoshop so you can compose and/or create a few elements into an attractive image. Following tutorials is also advisable, but only to learn new techniques.
