hey i'm mike, and i need a lot help right now. i'm into making movies, and i'm not experienced in 3D modeling, 3D animating, or rendering. i need someone to help me make stuff look as realistic as possible. if you can reply to this as soon as you can that'd be great... and if you have any questions for me, because of my lack of explaining things then go ahead.

Are you using flash? because you might want to tell us what program you're using. Also you can get swift 3d, to animate like a blobe and other 3d objects. Search it up on google you should find a download there.

Oh yeah... sorry about that. I am using Adobe After Effects 6.5 pro to do a lot of my editing, like effects, and green screen. I want to use the program Maya 7 Ultimate for my 3D modeling, and animation stuff. Which then i'll import into After Effects to use as my background which will replace the green screen.

I wouldn't really know, if you would like flash you can get a free trial at www.macromedia.com it's good for 30 days. do you have photoshop? adobe imageready comes with that and it's really good for animating to, but i prefer flash.

I have flash 8, and photoshop... but i'd like the background (senery) and any objects like: ships and stuff to be 3D modeled and moving.

Well, since you are going to use Maya for your 3d modelling. I cannot help you with that, because I use 3ds Max. Besides that, search the graphics forum for more help ;)
