i've been doing stuff now for years in photoshop every once in a while, when i can get my ass up and moving - i'm not the motivation type - i draw far too many things than i have time to reedit the in photoshop ... so have a look at some of my (older!!!) works and tell me if i'm the only one seeing there an evolution ... :Puzzled:
this is the very first one i remember drawing and the reworking in photoshop - it's from the comicbook "boba fett vs ry-kooda" and not a paint-through :naughty:
ok ... eversince i saw jurassic park i'm into dinosaurs (probably like everyone else) - the background is the basic winowsxp desktop though :smokin:
ahh and who's not loving star wars ... the DS was the size of a din A4 sheet, however i was always embarassed of how it looked like so i made up the stars, planet and sun in photoshop =p
and a predator is surely not to be missing in my collection ...
aswell as his counterpart the alien ...
admittedly i'm a star trek geek :nodding:, though not one of my shiniest works
as far as i'm concerned one of my best reedit's todate (voyager and the borg sphere are drawn and recolored in photoshop - the beams, lights and slipstreams is a ps creation) :bawl:
- had to invert the stupid thing, because the coloration went akwardly wrong :uhm: love warcraft3
this one's my favorite - actually the first combo of a artwork and real image - notice, it's the same alien artwork as 4 pics up as i was to lazy to draw an extra for the image =p - and to be added i can't remember to this day how i created the thermal-look for the left part of the image ... god knows :bawl:
and finally a matrix screen with more to come :uhm: ... eversince i saw "reloaded" i had the idea of taking a few screen-caps and redoing them with friends as the main characters as true as possible to the original -- not the brightest idea i know -- but for starters a good point to get in touch with shadow-creation an compositing an image - it's not the newest version though - currently i'm reworking it as i'm not satisfied with the coloration/light amplitude and shadows (as i was when i finished it last year) and the DAMN thing looks somehow to greenish  :( ... rate it!
- 2006.03.22 (original)
- and my "version" with my friend daniel as mr.smith ...
nice i like the sphere thats going to be eating voyager and for the picture above it, i think it would have looked better if it was on the bottom right hand corner
You certainly have a unique style. Everything's so interesting. Keep it up. Your Matrix one reminds me more of the A Scanner Darkly style for some reason.
well didn't knew that one before ... but you're right, looks somewhat like "a scanner darkly" - as of right now, i'm trying to turn it around to look more matrix-ish ... god knows how, photoshop "trial and error" is making me :uhoh:
