I've used both at different jobs, and I really prefer Photoshop. Like I said, I don't buy them, so I don't care about price but features. I do a lot of animation, so I have to go with ImageReady over Animation Shop.

People should use whats more easy for them if its PS or a program made by a hobo

Most of the time I'd agree with you, but when you're working on a large project it helps if everyone is on the same page.

I myself have used many picture editing software over the years, from Ulead to Corel, but I have always felt PhotoShop has had the most functionality.

Sorry to re-open this thread...but In imageready cannot open any kind of Video Files. No AVI, no nothing. Just images. Dosen't that suck?

Someway to aviod that maybe?
