Okay, i don't know if this is even in the right topic.. But I think it's as close as it is to this. Well my question is like how to take something out of a picture and put it onto another picture. Sort of like cookie cutting on Windows Paint program.. Instead it comes out looking great on photoshop. If this is on one of the help questinos on photoshop please tell me which one or someone tell me what tool I use or what.. I'm a noob to photoshop and I would love to know how this is done so I can create cool pictures.

Thanks..

Can't help you but PLEASE; Remove that signature. It's fucking nasty. I don't expect to see that kind of stuff on GF.

Do you mean like cutting a section out of an image, then putting it into another? If so, you need the Lassoo tool. You 'draw' around the image, then once the image has been selected (shown by moving dotted outline), you can drag and drop, or copy and paste the section onto another image.

LMFAO!.. I'm not taking it off. It's not nasty.

And the guy who suggested the Lasso Idea, thanks but than theirs still some of the background on it and it's just like cookie cutting on paint.. Unless after Lassoing you do something else?

So some guy with a very large mouth that looks alot like a female "repoduction" entry, with tentacles out of it's mouth is not nasty?

well you can always clean it up with the backgrgound eraser, which is what I start out with in the first place to do my cutting, then soften certain edges. You need to get rid of the bits of background yourself.

it depends on how detailed the background is... if it's one consistant color, you can use the magic wand tool.. If not, the lasso would be better. With lassoing, it helps to zoom in, to get as close a cut to the picture as possible. It may also help if you posted an example of the type of picture you wish to cut out. it would be easier to give advice from there.

And of course it looks nasty to you than! If you think of what it looks like? Hell yeah it's gonna look nasty, In my own opinion it looks cool and people find it creepy. And anyway it's not just some random thing. It's from a music video from a Jrock band.. But this was alil' off topic
