can some one please erase the black background in this picture and make it transparent? like just the orb on a transparent background? thanks alot :D forsite7tg.jpg

He used the eraser over a transparent background, or he used the magic wand to select the black background and then deleted it.

Definitly not the magic wand it wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the item and black. So yeah most likely zooming in and using the eraser.

Pen tool? :lookaround: Eraser is a bit hard to use like that.

theres no way he got it that perfect with the eraser tool.. and you cant use the magic wand tool obviously.. this is why i posted this.. i couldnt figure it out lol

Actually I used the Elliptical Marque Tool, and basically selected the circle, and seperate it from the black background. :p
