ive been photoshopping the last few days, and I now know how to make animations (with frames) but I cant seem to make them work when I save them (.gif) what are the steps for this? the photoshop help wasnt very helpful...

ok, I can now save m, after a whole night of searching and trying. BUT when I size my saved .gif down to signature size, the animation stops too, how can I prevent this? here s the actual picture shelbycobra.gif

I'm guessing you used ImageReady.

In ImageReady, go to the first frame. Edit > Image Size (Height 160) It should then be resized and with the animation, now go to File > Save Optimized as ...

Also may I suggest you use these settings to fix the diffusion on the outer glow.

File > Save Optimized As and a solution to ur downsizing, signature animation stopping type of deal problem.. size it BEFORE you work on it in imageready

well, I didnt make it as a sig, just was practicing, and thought of it to be nice as a sig in a later stage. anyway, thnx for the advice, im rapidly becomming a photoshop addict.:lol:

what would be a nice way to make the car more blend in with the picture?

give it a background maybe, try some brushing. :) I made a brushing help thread on the main graphics page and sephiroth so kinda provided a link for that so check it out :) :):)
