Hey, following about and catching some threads ... thought I'd introduce myself a bit better and post some of my work ... well, a few sigs ...:

4.JPG5.JPGd.gifa.gif13.gif6.JPG7.JPG13.GIF8.JPG9.JPG10.GIF11.GIFc.gif

Got a bit bored of sigs a while back but scaled much once on a highly competitive board and sometimes I return to them as a bit of fun. Mostly these days its more serious graphic work, can get boring with clients but thats how it goes, at the end of the day it's all mostly about inspiration.

Please feel free to comment or criticise on any of the above, always useful to get a new opinion I'm not limited or close minded to full on constructive feedback and it's always appreciated as long as it is constructive.

Obviously I'm not limited to just sigs and I've a full compliment of work and art mostly 3D and photogrpahic these days and I'd be happy to offer what opinion and advice I can else where.

I love the border on this.

That's a cool sig. Nice layout

I like the animation on that, it fits well.

Your style looks a bit comic book like, probably because of the renders you used but the inlays add to it.

hey my appreciation for the response.

Yeah, my style is mostly the comic-art I find it allows for better lattitude especially when you use a few different sources, easier for color correction, blending and layout, but I really like the whole comicbook art style, and mostly the little extra panes or slices help give that comic-strip impression. I've collected well in excess of 100 gigs of sourced images over the years, have considered a few times putting it online, but with trying to archive it, store it and rename them for search it would be a major pain, besides the copyright issues... I just let it go. Althou very much over done a few years ago in sigs and wps, I still like the manga influence which kind of stuck with the 'static-busy' look and trying to add perspective and depth took a while to work out. I've consistantly tried to not turn each sig into a simple cut&paste piece and I guess thats why sometimes it can look crowded; thats the balance, but it's now just a challenge to appear original with the finish of appearing it was always meant to be that way. What I posted above are just some of my personal favorites if I get time later I'll dig out a small collection of my 'non-comic' sigs that I've made for ppl. But either way its all the same practice, if anyone has any questions or needs perhaps a little advice or help, pls feel free to ask, I've been at this for many years - I only use PS7 and 3DS Max now in case anyone was wondering... oh and if anyone would like a sig PM me, I'm free to handle a few requests if anyone likes.
