Sorry if this is in the worng thread it says "request" looks like mostly sig stuff to me. Does anyone know how to take any editing progarm (something like photoshop) and create their own textures from scratch? If not do you know how to change the colors of one already made? Im working on some big wallpaper projects and I could use the help. Thanks

Anything worn out would work

Are you talking about brushes?

Um sure but I havent seen any custom brushes that can add texture like that. What im looking for is the worn out type of look like rusty metal with holes in it or stone crumbling.

Oh ok, i think i understand what you're talking about. You should try Deviant Art. They've got a lot of stuff for PS.

well for my sig i created two layers, used the second layer, rotated it 90 degrees then did a wind effect. rotate again and wind. theni did that till i went all the way around and then i created a square over the whole thing. made the opacity 20 and it gives it that neat green effect. just change it from green to a rusty color and u got a worn out thing. as for holes use some kind of brush and then make it clear. hope that helped a bit.
