40/40 Basic Marksman but Cant Train for Adv. Marksman... only me? 2 replies

So i trained at least fifteen times in basic training marksman and scored several times at 40 and around there ... 36, 38, etc. yet i still cant manage 2 train for adv. marksman. Ive confirmed that the score was added to the jacket and yet it still doesnt seem to unlock the adv. marksman training. Anyone else have this issue, ive read through the forums and havent found one yet, but if you can help, thatl'd be great.

this was a big bug on 2.2,do u have the last version installed? 2.2.1 !
