OK: Here's what happened (something like this): Apparantly there were some breaches of the contract with Jowood; I think they weren't advertising like they should've been, seeing as how the game was set for an October 2005 release. Also the contrac breaches, plus Jowood claimed the rights to the Stargate license and the SGTA source code. It may be going to court, nevertheless, the game is still in development, while Perception/MGM search out another publisher. One possible new publisher is Namco. Again, see the SGTA forums for details. -thanks :P P.S.: forum site is: http://www.stargate-thealliance.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5379
