I had been a player of JO when it first came out. Had some problems and didn't play for a while and now my account was deleted. I just bought Escalation and am trying to sign up but I am not receiving the confirmation email. I have tried 3 different email addresses from 2 different domains. I sent nova 3 emails and have heard no response. First of all, why delete accounts? If you sign up with a legit CD KEY, why would you want to delete the account? No one else is going to sign up with that CD KEY. All this does is allow those with generators to just happen to come upon yours and now you lost it. Second, I have yet to hear a good reason for a gaming company to not have tech support on the weekends. The weekends are when most people play the games. Now people have to wait until probably Tuesday until it gets solved because of the thousands of emails that came in. Anyhoo, I WANT TO PLAY! I played a bit of the coop by myself and it is awesome. Hopefully I can get in the battle soon!

I agree with you fully. Can't you create a new account with the exspansion pack?

Tried that but it tells me I need an account with a JO Typhoon Rising CD Key first.

Bummer.
