After reading the replies from PS3 vs PC thread, it is becoming clear that some people will buy a console just for the genre that the PC doesn't provide. Which genres do best on PC or console? Vote in poll

i think that online and FPS are both best on PC. i just reckon that using a gamepad for FPS games are kinda awkward but that's just my opinion since a few of my friends prefer a gamepad for FPS games.
Online is best suited for the PC. Many players and easier controls. Console is suited for a lazy night with friends couch gaming. That is why I laugh at the tools who compare a PC to a console. YOU CAN'T:lol: You know, the console is not being sold to rival the PC:lol:
I had to put another genre, and it wasn't exactly going to be RPG is it? *Cough world of warcraft Cough* And strategy wasn't exactly going to be there either... *cough C&C, DOW, DOW WA, LOTR: BFME 2, AOE cough*
i think platform and sports titles are best on console , the rest is best on PC, specially FPS.
They both do better on PC, no doubt about it.
I have not seen many MMO games on the consoles so I would say the PC has better online. As for FPS, I have played great FPS games on the consoles and the PC, both a great.
