I'm almost positive there is not a dual screens game around, it would rather hard to play, seeing that you'd be glancing constantly back and fourth. Another concern would be that it would be pure hell on you're graphics card...
No, there are. Microsoft Flight Sim games allow you to put seperate views on the other monitor. There was a list on this website that makes special cards (www.matrox.com) but it's gone now, nowhere that I've found (everyone just links back to them :()
