So, does anyone intend to pre-order Fable III (Limited Collector's Edition)?

Well, I just did! Can't wait to get Fable III LCE. That, along with 4200 XBL points and a renewal of 12-months subscription. I am very excited to await its release and I'll most certainly enjoy it. Especially with what has been shown in-game and whatnot. Not to mention pre-ordering will grant you the ability to import your very own custom villager from villagermaker (something those who don't pre-order cannot do).

Beside that, it seems those who pre-order Fable III LCE will get the following 'extras':

  • New quest in 'Silverpines'
  • Exclusive location(s)
  • Fable III cards
  • "Seal of Judgment", helps with choices you'll have to make (shows which would be good, and which would be evil or neutral. Useful if you're king (or queen) by then)
  • New dog race
  • Exclusive outfit

Cover of the LCE looks nice, too.

This buy cost me €177,45 ($226,55), but worth every ounce of it!

And of course, the gamers get some good news too, finally: Fable 3, unlike Fable 2, will be released for the PC platform too.

Edit: I so want the Fable 3 Wireless controller ($59,99)!

I won't be getting anything that nice when I get the game. Let's face it, the PC release won't get anything as nice.

Mind you, it would make up for the delay to the PC version...

Not bothering with it unless it comes to PC (feel no need to buy a 360 since I now have a capable gaming PC). It's a good game series, but not good enough for me to shell out money for a 360 just to play it.

When it comes to PC, though, I will probably get it.

I'll definately get it as I raped the other two fables to the extreme. But I'm not spending that much money.

Not to mention it's a pain to see a game that's above your PC specs which you want to play so badly. I'm sure that occurred to you some time. With consoles, you wouldn't have that worry. [QUOTE=Granyaski;5388281]I'll definately get it as I raped the other two fables to the extreme. But I'm not spending that much money.

Why not? If you've "raped" the other two (three, technically) games to the extreme, then it's definitely worth getting this. :p [QUOTE=Muse Syndrome;5388284]I need those playing cards. Not want, need. This is awesome, I will definitely buy it, I love the Fable series.

Same here, I love those cards and I'll certainly have a good use for them!

Option 1: Steam Achievements

Option 2: Games for Windows LIVE Achievements

Good options. 8)

Ah, I didn't think of that. Then again, I rarely use Steam. :lulz:

Well, either way I suggest you get it for PC then. I believe it's not being released at the same date as the X360; delayed for a small period of time.

Always is. No surprise. But I'm really in no rush to get it. It'll be just as enjoyable whatever date they end up releasing it.

Question: Is this series a turn-based RPG like KOTOR or Hack'n'slash RPG like Oblivion?
