Why have you listed Adult games or whatever and left out Racing games? WTF, more people play racing games than Adult Games!
Anywho, my fav are Racing Sims closely followed by FPS.

I chose FPS's RPG's RTS's and MMORPG's
FPS's RTS's and RPG's (Sometimes) . I prefer the first two though. First games I played were RTS or puzzle/adventure games (curse of monkey island) I loved that game.

i really loved the DooM series so i say FPS. Also RTS isnt bad.. :)

It's really hard to just say 'my favorite genre is...', as when I try to categorize and then prioritize them, which is hard with all the good games. Therefore, I chose every genre except MMOFPS, Adult Themed Games and Other.
There are too many great games in the different genres for me to just have a favorite.
