Every next-gen game is specifically made for high-def television. Sony decided to add 'HD' to the title of the game to add emphasis and nothing more. Just Cause is HD. Saints Row is HD. Resistance is HD. They just don't have HD in the title - that's all.

Very... Very Good, Darth.

It's just a way for Sony to blind people with "OMG THE BEST HD PLAYER EVER!" Xbox 360 had it first. :D

The "HD" quality of games is just based upon the quality of the textures used in them. The higher quality textures, the higher quality picture

Just about any PC game released in the last half a decade, probably longer.

Unless your talking about games in full 1080p rez? Cause I think the first game to do that is Virtual Tennis 2 (or 3 - whatever) on the PS3.

Merely means the visual quality, such as larger textures then what is the industry standard.

Well I guess it is, until a higher resolution comes out.
