Hey there folks! Currently I'm busy designing a new game. It's based around a famous piece of architecture which you may be familliar with, the Falling Water house by Frank Lloyd Wright. Now the purpose is that when you play the game I'd like to show you around the house so a visual tour will be the first game mode. Now, to put in some additional value in the game I'm thinking of another game mode but I'd like you guys to think along for most of my creativity is allready put in designing ;) just kidding. My question is what kind of game mode would you suggest (i.e. Capture the Barbecue, anything you'd like to see!) on my Site you'll find a couple of movies to show you that there is actually progress here ;)

Are you shooting for an E or T-rated shooter or a COD-style game? I'm not sure what this game is about other than to look at a pretty building.

I've actually been to Fallingwater and I must say, I'm impressed at the detail and level of accuracy; not to mention the realism.

I'd love to see an FPS set in this environment. COD-style, deathmatch. Would be sweet if the environment was destructible but I have no idea how that works..

I almost forgot to move this to General Gaming.

Anyway, if it will be a competitive FPS, I would shoot for something original over a CoD copycat (especially copycatting the flawed killstreak system).

Ah the wrong topic, sorry bout that.

@ killer Kyle: Well I'm aiming for a E-rated game.

The whole point is that I'd rather have something else besides justlooking at the building. So that's where the question for a different type of gamemode arose :)

@ totes: Thanks!! Well for performance reasons I didn't choose for a destructable environment. I had to go for dynamic lighting if I'd like a destructable environment the performance impact was a bit too big...

It'll have to be a pretty dang innocent FPS for it to be E-rated. Even Star Trek: Elite Force was rated T and it was one of the tamest first person shooters I've ever seen.

I see. Well, that definitely makes sense.

I've got to say that looks amazing, it would be great if in the future a destructible environment was added. It would be fun to play Red Faction style ripping apart the map.

@totes: Did star trek elite force only support stun then? anyway I'm not too interested in the rating for the game probably won't hit the shelves. It's just available for download afterall it's a one man project in this stadium.

@ snow-flake: yeah I thought about this aswell. Would be great to destroy a great piece of architecture :P

Still love Battlefield 3's rush mode. I'm not a fan of long, drawn out MP games, they get incredibly boring after a while.

I went onto your site thinking "Oh this will be just sad", and I left thinking "HOLY SHIT that was awesome". As for game modes, I'm not sure what you could put in, but I will ponder...
