And by point-and-click I mean stuff like Myst. Can anyone recommend me some more recent titles that are similar to Myst that are good? Wasn't there something called Siberia or something that was supposedly another good game like that? Are there any games you all could recommend in this genre as good like Myst besides Myst itself?

I heard the company House of Tales produces good adventures. I'm not really an adventure-fan myself so I can't confirm that, but Moment of Silence is supposed to be a game with a pretty good story.

If you want a good puzzle clicking game, you could try to look into the Longest Journey. It's available on steam together with it's sequel Dreamfall.

The classics are better than the new ones. Games like (Return To) Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle, The Longest Journey, etc.

The Broken Sword series is point-and-click, I believe. Of course, the only one I've played was The Sleeping Dragon, which was frustrating to no end.

Those games are excellent, but nothing like Myst. Have you played Riven? It is a worthy sequel and in my opinion is even better than Myst.
