Ubisoft released the PC Demo for Tom Clancy's HAWX today, and your friends at FileFront have it up and ready for your downloading pleasure:
No I don't know who did.

Played it some and I like it so far. Bout as close as PC's are going to get to an Ace Combat or Air Force Delta game. Only thing that bugs me is the forced Detached 3rd person for the unassisted flight. I'd prefer 1st person all of the time, or at least 3rd person following, but the way it locks on to random enemies as you fly gets to be very irritating and can make it difficult to try and fly at a target hiding behind a building.

I have a question for any tech person who might drop by. The reason for the requirements being so low by today's standards, is the game just built like that for some reason or the other or is it extremely well optimized (at least well enough for computers with last gen GPUs and processors)?
