Ok, I recently bought one of those pesky Green Dot credit cards (The kind you reload) so I could buy Garry's Mod 10 off Steam. I now have $10 left over and I'm torn between two games. I don't know if any of you have ever played the game Uplink, but I always thought that game was really cool and fun and it's $10. The other one I'm thinking about is Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines. I remembered thinking it looked cool but it was $40 when I was thinking about it and I wasn't going to pay that. It's normally $20 on Steam but is $10 until Nov. 5th. Since I know most of you don't know what Uplink is, can you tell me how good a game the Vampire one is? Oh, and one other one I had possibly considered was X2: The Threat. I recall people saying it was no good but I don't remember for what reason exactly and whatnot but it is $10 as well. Any advice?
if i were you, i'd use an extra 10$ and get EaW (empire at war) but i already have it :D i like your sig, 100% of my famially members are halo-haters, tribes aierial assault is the best game i ever played, it's 2$ on E-bay, but my brother sold his PS2 to help get a car >_> EaW is my fav computer game though. :)
SW: EaW? I already have that. Didn't really care for it the last time I played it which was like 2 weeks after it came out. Haven't played it since.
well then if you have a ps2 then tribes aierial assault is 2$ on e-bay (and REALLY fun) it's my all-time fav game(but i no longer have acces to a ps2 :( )

Get ahold of another $10, and get Portal (You won't regret it) or Red Orchestra Ostfront 41-45 (Very realistic Multiplayer game)
I plan on buying the Orange Box soon and I was just going to play the free RO for UT2k4. Really, I just want one of the $10 games off Steam since that's what's left on my card and I don't feel like going to the hassle of adding anymore money since getting the card in the first place was hell, I don't want to think about what it'd take to add more money to it.
Get Peggle Extreme. I know it isn't on your list, but it's 10$ and it's fun as hell, even for a puzzle game.
I have completed Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines. It's a good RPG that offers quite alot of choice and a somewhat interesting story. If you're a fan of RPG games then it's pretty recommendable....if not - I would pass. But generally it's a decent game. One thing is for certain though if you do buy it - update the game with the community patches that has been released. The game at release was notoriously known for it's bugs and missing content etc. Though the community patches have fixed almost all of these issues now.
