This thread should be useful for anybody interested in LANing over the holiday season: Here is what we are planning to play, at a LAN I'm hosting in Canada: - WarCraft 3 FT (best RTS) - Call of Duty (instant action) - NFS Undergound 2 (finally a new NFS with LAN support) - Rome: Total War (epic battles) - Half-Life 2 Deathmatch (never tried it) - UT2004 (always reliable) Possibly: Far Cry, Nascar 2003 Season (crazy FUN), CS: Source Please Recommend any other games or tips on good mods, etc. for the ideal LAN gaming experience. And I hope to see you all there! (ummm, if you know where I live... it is quite snowy)

Hmmm I'd suggest Quake 3 over UT but im just a quake 3 fanboy so dont listen to me :) I'd also suggest something like Jedi Academy or outcast (not sure if you like starwars or not) those are always pretty fun. All i can think of, you've already got pretty much everything covered

Yes, Jedi Academy was a lot of fun the last time we played it -- although, it would eventually just turn into a cheap lightning bolt fest. C & C: Generals might be something to consider too.
