Out of the three new upcoming WWII games (Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway, Medal of Honor: Airbourne, and Battlestations: Midway) somehow this came right under my radar and havnt heard much about even on these forums yet.

Here's a link to Gamespot where I found the article on Midways new game.

http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/action/hourofvictory/news.html?sid=6164783&mode=previews

It's yet another WWII FPS but this one is exclusively for the Xbox 360 and it clams to bring some new things to the table. From watching the interview and reading the article itself it seems as though you play as either British or American fighting the Axis all over the place starting in North Africa in 1942 - but like the article states the story is kept quiet thus far.

What really caught my attention were the pretty good graphics, the inclusion of nonlinear playability, the option of drivable vehicles, and the thing that Midway seems to be most proud of...the ability to select what kind of soldier you want to be. You can go all spec ops style with silenced weapons, knives, and black gloves as an OSS Agent, you can go balls out killing and blowing up everything as an SAS, or you can Ranger it up as a American sniper - each with their own skills and abilities and weapons.

This game looks like it has potential and I'm guessing its going to be somewhere between an expierence like Medal of Honor and Call of Duty with a little bit of Battlefield 1942 mixed in. It could be something good...

Makes me consider buying a 360 when this game comes out.

Yeah it looks very interesting and it looks like it may be a game that combines all the factors and abilities that make COD, BF1942, and MoH such great games so I'm def looking forward to it
