I've been on the internet here searching for an answer but I can't find any answers. The .info file with this one file [it's ammo and health cheats, stuff like that] didn't say anything about how to install the file.

Can someone help me out here?

Thanks.

Trainers are a touchy subject here, so it's best not to discuss them. In some games (GTA IV for instance) they can be used for online cheating.

Also, there is really only one (to my knowledge) place to get "legit" trainers. Most of the others cause nothing but problems.

Any legit trainer would have instructions for it's use.

Usually you don't install them, you just run the game while the trainer is open and press certain keys on the keyboard that activate the cheats.

Trainers in my experience are executable files that you keep in the background while you run the game, no installing necessary.

As long as you don't use them to alter online play, they're fine in my book, although I don't personally like to use them.

Just watch yourself with trainers. No one else mentioned it here, but they're a pretty common delivery method for various nasty things.

Don't run them until you're 100% positive they're not infected.

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.
