hi, i currently am addicted 2 rome total war as i recently got it..... can any1 here help me out by telling me how the gaius marius reforms r triggered??!?!:confused: :confused:

They occur a few years before 200BC. Furthermore, they should be referred to as the Marian reforms.

I think they occur when any of the Roman factions builds an Imperial Palace (has a population of 24000+ and builds the resulting gonvernment building), but it's not very concrete.

Nope, either they occure because an Imperial palace is build, or at 154 BC (check your eventfile). A bit ahistorical though :uhm:.
