i live a pretty much balanced life. so video games havent really messed my life :P
One time I was at a seedy little shithole strip joint right outside Lejeune's main gate. I got completely blitzed and had very little grasp of what was going on around me.
At one point I popped into the bathroom for a minute, while I was gone the dancers all got up on stage for some reason, and started fanning back out into the room just as I stepped in through the door. I looked around, and thought My God... it's a stripper spawn point!!!!!!!
Heh... When I get a new game and play it for a while but do not get around to beating it, when I close my eyes to go to sleep, I can picture the game. I imagine trying new things in the game and seeing how they would go in my mind.
When I do go to sleep, I find that my dreams are sometimes inspired by scenes from video games. What's weird about that is that most of the time it is a Silent Hill inspiration, and it happens even if I hadn't played and of the games in the series for months. I sometimes find myself trying to find a save point in dreams... XD "But there are no save points in real life!"
I sometimes find myself fitting parts of songs from video games into songs I hear on the radio, by humming them. It's amazing how many times I can actually fit them in quite well.

I didn't make it!

That actually happened to me a few times.
When I was playing Command & Conquer for the first time, I got stuck at the beginning of one of the GDI missions (according to the in-game world map, that mission took place in Greece). Transport ship unloaded the Mobile Construction Vehicle and a few infantry soldiers at the beach right infront of 3 NOD defense turrets. I had no idea where the closest Tiberium field is located and I had no place to move the MCV to safety until I scout the area to find a good place to build a base. Since it was already late, I turned my computer off and went to bed. Most of my dreams I had that night were about that mission. I dreamed about looking for a best place to deploy MCV while under fire from the turrets. Groovy. =p
When I got my hands on the demo version of Republic Commando, I played it before the bed time (ofcourse). Guess what I dreamed that night. =p
I think I once got so caught up with playing F.E.A.R. that I ended up dreaming about it, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
Yes, I'm weird. :kerian:
i guess not yet. i split my time in game and in my real personal life. so that's why i haven't mess it up yet
im living a pretty balanced life. i doubt it will ever happen. plus i have good self control
I had a sort of mass effect related dream the other night after playing for a few hours before bed.
