So, how long has it been since you first picked up a control pad?
I started out when I was about 5. My first system was a Sega Master System.
Then for some reason, I took a step back and was playing an Atari 2600 that my sister had almost every day.
Skip ahead 2 decades, and now I have a PC and Xbox, although the latter sees more action then the former these days.
There. I have gotten the ball rolling. Discus and debate. :)
I first started with the original gameboy when it first became 'known' in my area so I was around 5(I'm only 17 now). I then became a game addict and got the playstation upon it's release. Skip forward around 12 years and I have played bloody everything.
Can't remember how old I was, but I started gaming on the Atari 7800 (it had a 7 at the beginning, and was four digits) console.
So, whenever that came out...
I started gaming on the NES. Don't remember how old i was when we got it though, all i know is that by that time it was already replaced with the SNES, and we got it for free from my uncle. I still have very fond memorys of playing Mario and Duck Hunt though. Something happened to one of the controllers we had for it so whenever you hit the button too hard it would shock you a little bit.
After that i moved to the awesomeness of the Sega Genesis/Megadrive. I had every Sonic game they made!
Next i got a Nintendo 64, which i probably had the most fun with. Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, 007 Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, and Banjo Kazooie were my favorite games.
The Xbox was next, and was the first system i actually bought with my own money.
I got a Xbox 360 now, but it has seen the least use of all the gaming consoles i've had now that i've built my gaming PC. Its pretty much only plugged in now for whenever i want to play some Reach.
i've been playing game for i think a good 4 to 5 years now. but i only have a 1 year experience in playing online games
3, with a sega genesis, then got an n64 at 5, it's been a good run hope it keeps going!
Sometime around the release of the Sega Genesis. Then I got bored of everything and waited a good time until I was in grade 7, then started again from there.
Does pong ring a bell? We got one back in the 70's. Then when Asteroids came out I was playing it(since I was a teen then...gaming just stuck with me)
I think I was 6 years old when I played my first video game, Kirby's Dream Land for the original Game Boy.
