i just bought just cause, and it is really fun so far. but when i look out at the ocean, i don't see any water, just the ocean floor. there are still boats, but it looks as if they're moving through thin air. this also occured in the demo, but i thought it was a glitch that would be fixed. i tried changing the graphics settings, specifically water quality, but it still happens.you can see the water at random times, though, for a couple of seconds. thx for reading all this, please reply if you can help.

I assume you have it for the PC, if so please post your specs.
pretty underpowered for a gaming rig, but i have an ati x1600 512 pcie, 512 mb of RAM, and a 3 ghz intel proc. i searched the official site, but all i could find was that some people didn't have the latest directx, which i have. i also have the latest catalyst drivers and .net framework.

what settings do you put it at? and what kind of intel processor do you have? I know the processor doesn't have much to do with it, but im just curious.
it's a pentium 4 3 ghz (that's all i know), and i tried changing EVERY setting, resolution, texture, terrain, etc, but i still see a sandy sea floor and invisible water. (btw, why's your reputation disabled?)
this is what it looks like:

Methinks you need more RAM for One, and I believe that JC was designed for the nVidia cards. What you should do is use drivers that came out before JC came out, and see if that works. I have similar Issues with DoD:S with the latest nVidia drivers, where textures just disappear at random once or twice every map.
