I made a new thread cause I saw no reason to put this in my Adv. Marks. thread.(by the way I made it with 39 :) )

Anyhow, what affects and rates your Leadership in a round? I recieved them randomly, and I lost -10 today. I know this happens when I get up ranked because a leader died. but what affects it? what do I do to get more leadership points?

You earn leader points if you are a squad or fireteam leader and your team is victorious. You earn more points if more people on your team [or fireteam] survive. You lose a few leader points if your team fails to win.

But it doesn't really mean a lot - the first two scores are the ones that count. Never seen a medic treatment count, nor a kill. Sorta like that's yer job so no xtra bonies for doin that. A negative leadership won't affect your score. ROEs are a different matter however, no matter how not yer fault they were.

Well kills do count. It goes under Enemy.

And true treatment never counts. well, when my jacket is updated after every full set of rounds(like 7/7) it says

X# of experience put towards next honors level ------------------------------------------------ Leasership: X#(I got 20 atmost, other times 10)

We must play dif maps - Kill 'es yo yob, mon' - no extra bennies there. Seein' the # makes u feel good and may impress some1 else. Heal 'es yo yob, mon' - no bennies. No1 sees nor cares when the round ends. X# of experience is a fleeting thang, won't hep ya on the next map nor your overall track. Goals and Objectives is all that really matters.
