You really shouldn't expect a slew of replies within 16 minutes...
Anyways I'd really suggest you get Thief: Deadly Shadows. And lets not forget Assassin's Creed comes out this month!!! WHOOO!!!
play Fable or UT
Crysis demo, if your rig can handle it
Freedom Fighters is a good one, too. Pretty much a typical third-person shooter, but stealth and cover are quite important for survival, as is managing your squad.
Only problems with Freedom Fighters would be the primitive system for controlling your squad - they take orders sequentially, as in #1, #2, #3 then #1 again, etc. That and the fact that later in the game you get given squad members automatically, regardless of whether or not you want them or need them.
Other than those two minor flaws, though, it's a good game, if not rather short and lacking multiplayer.
Second Sight is a game that relies on stealth quite a bit, but also relies on using telekinesis and other psychic abilities. Control system is kinda crappy, and the PC version is worse than the console versions, though.
Deus Ex and Deus Ex 2 are definite keepers if you're into FPS that are more complex than run, shoot, reload, then run and shoot some more. Deus Ex is an older game, but whether you're into stealth or combat, it's got plenty of both. Deus Ex 2 is somewhat inferior to the first game, being significantly more combat-oriented and lacking a lot of variation in the gameplay, but it's still not a bad game.
Unreal 2, on the higher difficulties, isn't really much of a stealth game, but if you plan on living long enough to complete it you'll have to learn how to avoid nasty situations and stay out of the firing line.
Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory is a free game, sort of similar to Battlefield, and stealth is definitely a viable way to defeat the enemy team. Doubly so if you plan on being a sniper - gotta learn to stay on the move and out of sight.
Same thing applies to the commercially-released sequel to W:ET, Enemy Territory: Quake Wars.
SWAT3: Close Quarters Battle and SWAT 4 are likewise tactical shooters, although they have more of an emphasis on hostage rescues and other such police assignments. Maybe not exactly what you're after, but stealth and tactics are paramount to the SWAT games if you don't want your head blown off.
Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force has quite a few stealth segments, although like most other games built on iD Tech 3, the majority of stealth involves keeping a solid wall between you and the bad guys at all times.
Command & Conquer: Renegade isn't exactly a stealth-based game, but by toggling into third-person view, staying crouched so as not to make a noise, equipping your pistol and making sure to avoid being seen, you can go totally Metal Gear on some ass. I've managed to complete the game twice engaging in combat only when necessary, and evading the majority of enemies. Tends to be more fun the stealthy way, too.
Haven't personally played the newest games in the Commandos series, but from what I hear, all the games after Commandos: Operation Berlin are first/third-person squad-based shooters, which have a great emphasis on stealth much like the earlier Commandos games.
All the games from the Delta Force, Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon series meet your criteria. They're more tactical than stealth-oriented, but stealth is a big part of most tactical approaches anyway, so go figure.
Splinter Cell and it's sequels are very much all about stealth.
Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy is a TPS with heavy stealth elements, but much like Second Sight, the primary gameplay element is psychic abilities.
Don't think I need to utter the words Metal Gear Solid, huh?
Sniper Elite, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, I.G.I.-2: Covert Strike, Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, and Cold War, are some other tactical/stealth-based action games I've tried the demos of. Don't have the retail versions though, so I can't really make any real judgement on them, just that I personally didn't feel like buying them.
I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.
Try Far Cry because is nice and free
also u can play dawn of war series
Mount and blade. Mount&Blade
