I'd recommend GameTap.com. Their selection of games is growing every week.

Do you have a "Steam" account? You can purchase games cheap via Steam.

I just bought Call of Duty 4 via STEAM. People hate it, but I haven't had any problems with it.
I've actually heard of games getting either slightly or significant reductions in their over-all rating/review due to being incorporated in steam. Similar to how some games get reduced reviews and ratings for coming with starforce rootkits bundled within.
I had steam since it's inception, and about a year ago, I swore it and any games associated with it, off. Too many problems, too many limitations.
Imagine not being able to play Single Player mode because your net connection is down? You bought it, you own it, but you can't play it, untill they authorize you. Yeah thanks but no thanks, I buy games to play them whenever I want, with or with out internet access.

Actually they fixed the broken internet system, if your internet connection is down, you can still use offline mode. You no longer have to be connected to swich to offline, the way it used to be.
