Ouch, no MechWarrior for Sony. That's gotta hurt. It's not entirely unlikely that this game will easily slide into being the most popular online console game in a long, long time. Considering the online successes MechWarrior 3 and 4 enjoyed, scoring console exclusivity is a major win for Microsoft.

It's certainly more than enough reason for me to expedite getting a new 360 with Live hookup, because in my gaming circles nuking the crap out of each other's mechs is still one of - if not the singular - most popular gaming activity we've got.

Heh. As they say in the vernacular, n07h1n' C0MP4R32 70 5m45h1n' uP c17132 1N hug3 pHuck1N' r08072.

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

Looks like a lot of other Mech games. Kinda bland...

Some third-person action on those beasties might be neat.

good thing the mechs can switch to a third person mode, its the only way i play. The Mechwarrior line has always been one of the best mech series of games, always have been a great simulator.

I loved MechWarrior 3, much more than the playable demo of 4, but it still should be worth getting it for free :D

I still remember playing the old mech warrior games, power boost jumping around and launching missles. I think games were simpler back then, much more 'casual gaming.'

Not a HUGE fan of 3rd person or mech games but if it's a 4 star game I'll give it a try.

Atlas. One of the most famous Mechs out there.

I have played all the Mechwarrior games except for Mech Commander (played but never finished).

I recently bought Mechwarrior IV Mercenaries and played it.

I eagerly await a new the new Mechwarrior with much anticipation.

I also noticed the Mechs in the video were a Jenner, a Atlas, and a Warhammer. The Warhammer was part of the Robotech/Macross franchise and was removed from the game due to lawsuits. I am very happy to see that the old mech's are back in.

Hope and pray for a House Kurita Archer ARC-7K FOR THE COMBINE!!! LONG LIVE THEN COORDINATOR!
