For instance, things like jumping puzzles, pixel hunting, and timed obstacles.

For me it would be respawning enemies. When something dies it should stay that way, and few things annoy me more in a game than when I have to run around shooting constantly at an endless stream of respawning enemies while I desperately search for the switch to shut off the teleporter as I'm being pummeled with a barrage of enemy fireballs/rockets/etc.

Timed objectives....I hate racing against the clock for some reason.I just prefer to go at my own pace.

There is an element in Enemy Territory Fortress called "bunnyhopping" that allows a player to maintain or increase a fast-paced speed to get to the enemy flag. Some players have this skilled mastered by using a grenade or "rocket-jump" to start the momentum and then "bunnyhop" at full speed past the enemy defences. This element along with "conc-jumping" makes this game really fast-paced. The average life expectancy of a n00b is about 5 seconds! This element is what deters the new players from playing ETF and that is why the gaming community is small.

Those things annoyed me as a n00b when I started, but after mastering those skills, I could not live without them.

Yep same here. I was a bit pissed when I bought Dead Rising and found it was a race against the clock...

on mp hate lag, noobs, non-teamplayers, retards. in sp i hate stupid/overpowered/underpowered bots, bots coming out of nowhere (like u go around a corner right after checking every mouse pad for enemy and then voila, an enemy behind u! grrrrr

but what i hate in sp and mp are overpowered/underpowered player classes/weapons, vehicle wrecks and other destroyed things disappearing after some time...

Backtracking. It's just the developers being lazy.
