I could get it to work! I recently got a Saitek Cyborg Evo Joystick. I know it works because it has worked in XPlane Demo and Battlefield42. I just downloaded the pacific fighters demo. I was phyched to play because I hear such great things. I go to settings and controls to program my joystick and...it was unresponsive. Left, Right, Up, Down. I couldn't get the game to recognize any of my joystick movements. I had my joystick program running outside the game with all the settings in check and in game it would recognize me hitting the buttons to program it. Also, when I went to play thinking it would recognize it anyways because I had set it to Joystick for play, the game was totally unresponsive. For my keyboard, mouse, joystick buttons, anything. I had to ctrlaltdelete to get out of it.

Any ideas? I really wanna try the game as from the ground it looks great:p. I'm getting some programming software for it right now and hopefully that will help me get it going but its doubtful.

help appreciated.

Did you enabled joysticks in-game. Most games require you to enable them through your options.

Maybe the DEMO has some bugs relating to controllers. If that is the only game you are having issues with I'd wait until the full release and read some forums to see if that has been fixed.
