I always thought it was from the body vinyl templates. Are you sure you havent unlocked it yet?

Looks like a basic shape vinyl, moved to middle and scaled. Evident since the stripes doesn't cover the car roof.

ok because i looked at the body stuff for the lambo but there was no stripes like that. I might not have unlocked it but i thought that all the body vinyls were unlocked by default.;

All the body vinyls becomes available after you cleared the first car parts shop.
