Ok, well, whilst searching through google, I came across this picture on IGN. I'm not sure how old this is or not, but this is supposed to be how the regular controller, sort of like the old one is going to work with the new one. Opinions? Personally I think this looks a bit odd, but it could work. I was thinking more of a seperate controller completely. Maybe if its integrated, it can work like the remote, by itself except as one, if that makes any sense.
I thought this was only what IGN thought it would be, I'm not sure if thats a real prototype.
It could very well be. As I said, I found this when I was going through google, and it seemed realistic enough to post, and being there was no other info on how the regular controller will look...
It would make sense to have a normal controller made to employ the motion sensitive features of the remote, but it still seems a bit unlikely. Pushing the controller as the next big thing in gaming and then falling right back upon the conventional controller design? Doesn't seem like a move Nintendo would make.
Nintendo said they want a "dock" that the remote would fit in. Looks real enough to me.
Thats just speculation by IGN on what they think it could be. In no way is that official.
Slightly cooler than a n00b

It might just be for the people who feel more comfortable with a conventional controller instead of the the revolution controller.
If Nintendo makes it, it'd be because playing SNES (Or any other system for that matter) games with the new controller would be impossible. That's the only explanation I can muster up.
