Okay, here's the story. Last night I left my SP in the car. It had Warioware inc. in it. The next day I found it and started playing it in the car on the way to my grandmother's house. Donkey Kong Country 2 was in my Nintendo DS. My sister wanted the SP so I switched the two games between systems. Then I proceeded to leave my SP with DKC2 in the car and took the DS in. I was in the house for about 6 hours then came back out and on the way home played my DS. Suddenly I heard probably the most horrible noise I had ever heard in my life. My mother had got into the SP and Donkey Kong was glitched up. I am an official programming glitch expert (hehe..what I call myyself anyway) and asked her if the game was glitched. She said yes and the graphics were ruined. I told her to turn it off and back on and all there was on the screen was black with a few pink dots. I told her to QUICKLY turn it off then I switched the games again. Warioware worked fine in the SP and Donkey Kong worked in the DS, so the Donkey Kong cartiridge nor the SP were damaged at all. Later I tried Donkey Kong in the SP a few more times and after the Gameboy logo the game froze on the white screen. Then even LATER I tried it again, and the game actually worked, but my file was wiped clean. I reseted it so that maybe there was a chance all my data would come back, and as soon as it got to the Nintendo flagpole I heard the same awful noise I heard when my mother discovered the glitches game and everything went berserk! So I turned the game off as fast as I could. Since then every time I turn the game on it freezes at the white screen. I must note that I am positive the cartiridge was in fine and both the game and the system were clean. This is boggling my mind. What has happened to my game!?:bawl:

is it still under nintendo's 90 day warranty? If so then return it, your data is lost and there is no way to get it back.

Does this happen with any other games?

heat plus games equals not good. something could have happened when the one game was left in the one player (tactfully baking in the car) that may have not affected the other player/game. try the game on a different SP, and call nintendo. all of my fried games they replaced for free :) (just tell them that you left the game/player in the shade or in a bag in the car, cause if you tell them it was in direct sunlight they wont replace it :/ )

I now know what happened to my games, but I cannot quite explain it. I just tried Yoshi's Island and after the Gameboy logo it showed me a screen that I had never seen before that said "Your saved data has been corrupted. A: Okay B: Okay LR: Okay", and file 1 (the file I beat the game on) was erased and files 1 & 2, which DID have data on them, were not erased. My data was corrupted, but it wasn't the games themselves. It was my SP. Just remember, kids, NEVER save your data on File A or 1. ALWAYS save on the second or third+ files.
