Ok, I started this thread to see what peoples favourite Pokemon game is for Gamboy, DS etc.. Not Consoles. You can also post the hardest ones and so on, I don't really have a favourite Pokemon game but let's see yours. Thanks,

Personally, I would have thought this topic be better in the Consoles Section, under the Nintendo Area. Most, if not all of the Pokémon Games have been released by Nintendo, thus it would have suited to go under them. Just so happens that those forums don't cover hand held devices: Game Boy color / Advance etc. Anyway, to answer your question, it would be the games on the Game boy, through to the current two on the Nintendo DS (Diamond & Pearl). I started out with Pokémon Red, then went on to Yellow (a waste of time that one was), then onto Silver, then Crystal (again, a waste of time), then onto Ruby, and then Leaf Green. My brother had / has the other halves if you will.. except Sapphire, we never got that one. As for the two new games (Diamond & Pearl) I've played them, but haven't got a DS myself, so don't own them. Regardless, they seem to be more or less the same thing, just with more to do, and more Pokémon. I think I've played on Pokémon Stadium at some point in the past too, but that would have been some time ago. In regards to the games also, I know they are more suited for the younger generation, but for what it is worth, I enjoyed the game(s). They had a lot going for them (and apparently, still do). They were some pretty good games, even though I never did actually complete any of them. I found myself restarting a fair few times

I used to LOVE Pokemon, I had Red, Yellow, Crystal, Blue and Pinball on my Gameboy Color. But I never owned a N64 so I didn't have any of the games like Stadium, but I played it and thought the world of it!

I started with Blue on my brick GameBoy back in the day, and moved to Yellow, Silver, Crystal, and finally Ruby. Blue was probably the best (Yellow was basically exactly the same), and is the only I fully completed (151 PokeMon caught). Good times!

I remember I bought Blue, really loved it and then bought Red. Red was OK but then I got Yellow and that was cool with Pikachu as the main Pokemon. I lost interest after I "caught em' all." I hear the newer ones like Diamond are really good. Personally PC gaming and other activities and REAL LIFE keep me busy. But it was good while I played them. I remember the PokeCraze and how it was hip to play it then it just died. Like Pogs. Remember those, lol?

I own Pokémon Pearl, and I love it. It takes the games back to the good old days of Red and Blue. No more silly nonsense - its a proper RPG through and through. And it also has online trading and battling, too.

My Favourite was Gold, Blue, and Yellow. Can Someone tell me why The Continue to Release the same pokemon game like 3 times, making 2 or 3 pokemon the only difference between the games? Is It Just Some Scam To Make Alot Of Money?
