Hello - I've installed and uninstalled PREY three times on my computer. It crashes everytime I've tried to play. It first goes to a PREY title screen and then it goes black. Here's the twist . . . . sometimes when the monitor is black it will allow me to move the cursor around. The cursor looks like it's trying to select a border of a window that may be open but I can't see it. My system is as follows: HP Pavilion XP Pentium 4 2.60GHz 1.5 GB of RAM Radeon X1600 PRO My drivers are up to date. I'm kind of lost here. Any help would be great. I've heard great things about the game. I haven't even played the demo yet. Thanks Steve

Haveing decided to format and reinstall HDD. It know works (crossfire mode switch vsync off) Having read your post again it may be idea to leave it for a couple more minutes as it does intially take time to load Dissapointed by the graphics on the ati compared to nvidia but it does bode well for the future upgrades Athlon 64 4400 *2 Socket 940 Sempron 2800 Socket AM2 2GB Memory 1GB Memory Radeon X1800XT Crossfire Nvidia 7900GT

Try lowering graphical details.
