I have an idea for a conversion venture that hasn't been explored yet, but for now, who still plays the game on here? And if you do, do you have any experience editing the Unreal Engine in any way or have experience in the organization of something like this? If enough people show interest I'll talk more.

red orchestra was a mod made for unreal 2004, which won a contest and eventually a retail version of their mod was released.

It's a very realistic multiplayer FPS game. The sequel, Heroes of Stalingrad is being made using the Unreal3 engine, and looks brilliant.

Can't remember where, but I saw a video of the gameplay and they're including things like blind-firing from cover. Of course, they also showcased their "3D Scope" for scoped rifles.

Cool video. Not really new though. I've been using the "free-aim" portrayed above, in the ofp/arma games for years.

Yep, only fps i'm looking forward to. Been playing RO for years, ditched it for Ro's mod "darkest hour".

Yeah, and aside from the modern setting of those two, the only other big difference is the bugs.:p
