Tim Grube writes "According to Gaming Horizon and several other industry insiders, Sony will be celebrating their fourth-year anniversary of the Playstation 2 on October 26th by releasing a smaller, more compact version of the game system with the new name PStwo. Some analysts believe the PStwo will retail at $149.99, the current price of the Playstation 2."http://games.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=04/09/17/0111244

those things look cool. I may ditch my 3 year old ps2 and get one of those. I had to do some matence on my PS2 and it was a pain to clean out the cd drive. That looks like a consumer friendy PS2 in terms of cleaning the cd drive out:D.

I think it looks cool, its tiny, it must be like 1/10 the size of an Xbox! I would get one, but I read somewhere else that it doesnt support the PS2 HDD [Why Sony why?!?!], effectively eliminating online expansion downloads of games. In any case, the PS2 HDD is probably thicker than that [what I call it now] PS-Two. I would get it, but I like the HDD for its ability to expand the online gaming of PS2 [which is expanding by some 70+ games next year!].
