Why won't the force unleashed come out for pc, besides the fact that a pc isn't powerful enough to handle it. What do you know about force unleashed? (I got bored so I made this thread.)

The PC is MORE powerful than the consoles. (Trust me on that.) My computer is so powerful that the lights flicker when I turn it on. The constant objective of the console systems is to make it as high as the PC. I guess the console people felt like being assholes.

We could've simply decided NOT to release Unreal Tournament 3 out for the consoles, but we DID! Why? Because we felt sorry for them and felt they should be given a chance! Now look! So ungrateful!

Because LucasArts is run by idiots. Your average PC these days could handle the game quiet easily, I guess they just don't want more money.

Consoles are only more powerful than high end PCs for a very short amount of time around their release, if at all *cough* wii. A decent PC could easily lap a console these days. I suspect The Force Unleashed isn't on the PC at the moment due to marketing concerns and so on.

What? I never heard of this happening. That's so stupid. I thought a really major part of sales for that game would be PC... it just seems right for it. Urgh. So lame.

I don't think any console is really as powerful ever as high end PCs.

Well neither do I but it wasn't worth arguing about instruction sets and running processes and so on.

Oh quite the contrary I have to say. I remember that back in the days of PlayStation my computer was still running DOS for a while. And the PS blew any computer I saw away. The reason anyone would get a console was "for the graphics" Then came the PlayStation 2, and that also, for a while was far more powerful than your average computer (also far more expensive). Only lately have computers gotten cheaper, and with that, more powerful for the average user. Then again, all of this was back when I lived in Poland, so the standards might have been a bit different from the states.

Well first of all, I know that it's going to rock... that is, if they get their technologies polished! I'd really prefer it if it just stayed on the consoles... then again, I really love to cheat in Star Wars games... well, after I %100 it, but still you can't do that on the 360. Though maybe on the PS3. If it had some nice modding capabilities, and some awesome trainers... sure. But otherwise, just keep it on the consoles. My cousin works for LucasArts, and she says that it looks awesome.

But why would you prefer for it to stay on the consoles? It's not like designing a game for the PC means it can't be on consoles.

That's a bit selfish don't you think?
