krismcgill;5053809I've heard of Runescape. Anyone ever played this before? ...heard it was good but never tried it out. I just want a freee game that's actually good to play and doesn't cost tons of money to continue playing it. any ideas?
Yeah. Like the poster said before me, if you don't mind the subpar graphics it might be worth a shot. Personally, I didn't like it. But everyone has his preferences, right? So go crazy.

It's not good or bad...I played it for years......it's only good because it kills time.
Aziora;3534024Hello, im actually looking for the Free mmorpg that suits me the most. I'd like to know the most populars ones, the highest rated ..etc. I played Lineage2, WoW ...etc. Now i want a good free one. Tried many but i'd like to know the real deal -_- thx.
I like Runescape sometimes
I really enjoyed Runescape. And they are always updating it with new stuff.. plus it's only 5 dollars a month IF you choose to play. The only thing I really use to not like about it, was when I would die and lose all my stuff. But they have fixed that a tiny bit. Now if you die you can choose what you keep and if you make it back to your tombstone in time, you get your stuff back.
I've been looking for free to play games lately, this is a good resource! Thanks everyone!
Anyone know anything about Tank Ace? I found it here. Think it's not in beta yet!
I am a developer of Parallel Kingdom. A free-to-play mobile MMORPG for Android, iPhone, and iPod Touch. We just released the third version of the game: Parallel Kingdom - Age of Gathering.
The game uses your GPS (or WiFi) location to put you on a Google Map at your real locale. Then you play from there.
Here's a trailer for the new version: YouTube - Parallel Kingdom - Age of Emergence Trailer
Here's the website for the game: Parallel Kingdom
If you consider "free -to-play", no monthly fees, then try Guild Wars. Top-notch soundtrack (Jeremy Soule, who made soundtracks for Oblivion, KotOR, Supreme Commander) good lore, a pretty big world (considering you buy all 3 games), and so-so PvP. Got kinda boring for me though so I don't play it that much anymore. :uhm:
Nowhere Else and Beyond (NEaB) is the first web based real multiplayer RPG and PBBG that allows players to explore exotic locations in 2D, interact with other players, collect and play our in game card game and build your own island and create quests within it.
The best part is it's free, you play RIGHT AWAY (no need for registrations) and it runs within your browser and works on all platforms without any download. Firefox recommended as it provides better performances, but NEaB runs well on Internet Explorer too.
And If I need to add something... I really love that game it's awesome, you can build your own islands there to others players visit and it has great community! Hope to see you in game! - Kaxxo

Face of Mankind enters open beta on December 5th. If I recall correctly, it will continue to be free even after the open beta is finished.
