Well I just bought the star wars galaxies game by digital download and I cant start the installation.

The station launcher is the thingy that installs it and guess what,when I click it i dont have administration privilages,even though there is only one account on my laptop who is the administrator,oh and also Ive right clicked it and tried so many things and nothing works,Im going to explode if this doesnt work,please help me out here.

I've got vista too, and i've got problems like that e few times. You just need to go to the folder of the installer/.exe of the game or program or whatever and right-click -->properties and you should set it to administrator in the compatibility tab.

Or something like that :)

Yes someone else told me that already but there is no compatibility tab.

prob1eb5.th.jpg It's in dutch but this is what it says: eigenschappen --> properties, and below you can see administrator. Mark that.

I already told you,there is no compatibility tab.

There is only General,Shortcut,Security and Details.

Extract and put these files to your %windir%\System32 folder. If you get an overwrite prompt message, select NO. This should give you two new tabs, including Compatibility tab. I found this on another site. Since I don't have Vista, I can't test it. So, good luck.

how do i find the file windir\system32?

It's not the file; it's a folder. On XP the path is C:\Windows\System32. I don't know if the same applies for Vista. Perhaps the folder is hidden to protect system files. :clueless:

If i'm reading this correctly(i think i am...then again i just woke up :P): go to the Station main directory, find the exe and set "run as admin".
