I didn't make it!
That's actually significantly lower than I expected. I guess many people can play it no matter what. Like WoW.

Laptop versions of these chipsets may work, but may run comparatively slowly. Standalone cards that are installed in vanilla PCI slots (not PCIe or PCIx or AGP), such as some GeForce FX variants, will perform poorly. Integrated chipsets such as the ATI Xpress and the NVIDIA TurboCache variants will have low settings selected, but should run satisfactorily.
Please note that attempting to play the game using video hardware that isn’t listed above may result in reduced performance, graphical issues or cause the game to not run at all.
The NVIDIA GeForce FX series is unsupported under Vista.
That was a target of Mythic. They recognised the advantage World of Warcraft had in that area.
Just 2 more months and then it'll be out, really looking forward to this title. However, waiting to see how it's release and launch goes. Mythic isn't stupid enough to make the same mistake as Funcom.
Looks similar to AoC's requirements, and AoC has some pretty darn good graphics

Keep in mind, key word there, 'looks'. AoC's graphics were off the chart ridiculous, even to achieve medium - low settings.
WAR's graphics are much more scalable system to system.

Yes. of course it will be. It's an MMO. I have no idea what you mean by 'again' though. This product hasn't even been released.
The reason you pay per month for MMOs is that developers are (supposedly) meant to continually updates and continue game development by releasing content covered by what you pay. The cost also goes towards maintaining the servers played on.
As for people concerned about graphics and so on. The image below is something released by the EA PR team:
Then look at this youtube clip: (It was taken on Paul Barnett's phone camera, so it poor resolution - However, the difference in lighting and so on is phenomenal.)
