I've only just started playing, but on wandering around exploring, I randomly encountered a dead body in a pool in the Sausalito apartment area. This was at night alongside screaming from flats and lots of strange NPC behaviour. Once daylight appeared, the body vanished.

Without posting main story spoilers, what have other people noticed? So far I'm finding Watch Dogs 2 more engaging than GTA V to explore freeroam.

I just love hacking cars to run over NPCs, explode petrol stations, and cause general chaos.

I've heard positive things about Watch_Dogs 2, which honestly baffles me. The original was so harshly panned that I'm surprised the sequel is... basically the opposite. I haven't heard anything negative about it whatsoever.

I'm sure you know the history.

After the dismal failure that was Driver 3, otherwise known as DrivTHREEerrr, Atari bankrupted, and sold the Driver name to Ubisoft.

A while into the development of Driver 6, it took on a life of its own, and turned into Watch Dogs. Needless to say, it was much more Driver than it was Watch Dogs. Even still, the driving was horrid at best.

Watch Dogs 2 completely renovated everything, so the driving actually works, the hacking makes sense, and the game itself is actually fun.

Huh. I actually need to give it a shot, then. I'm doubtful if my poor desktop could run it, though, so I may need to snatch it up on PS4.

The rumours of frame rate issues on PS Pro seem to be unfounded.

Waitwaitwait. You have a 960, don't you? What kind of framerate do you get?

it seems to run at 60fps at mid-high with no AA.

Surprised this is getting good reviews when the original was panned as mediocre.  Maybe I should pick it up one day.  Seems word-of-mouth says WD 2 is actually worth a buy.
