I remember the endless nights I wasted playing Perfect Dark. You know a game is a true game when you cant put it down for months, even years. Forget about all this new age crap like Doom 3 which take three hours to complete, the true FPS's are the ones that you remember for years. I still play Duke Nukem 64 and even the original Doom with my friends. Perfect Dark I remember cleary, but Goldeneye, Red Faction and Timesplitters where amazing games that should be used to judge the new ones.

Right now I'm loving Call of Duty: United Offensive's multiplayer, and I've never been able to put down Day of Defeat and Counter Strike after all these years.

Half-Life and Deus Ex are the best single-player games I think.

For multiplayer, many people say BF1942 and the other BF games, but I prefer RTCW: ET to them all...though Call of Duty is good online. Counter Strike: Source is good online too, but I still prefer ET....if you get into it a lot, its really enjoyable.
