Someone did reply, it's just that it wasn't visible because for some reason, it appeared as a spam post. Anyway, there is a 'What are you currently playing' thread, but I suppose this one is slightly different.

I finished Mass Effect 3 a while ago, but I think I'll have another playthrough on insanity, to have a nice challenge. Or, if I reconsider, probably am going to continue current savegame in Skyrim.

Just finished ME 3, and while I wasn't as upset about the way the story ended as many were, I do feel it's a bit odd that...

Spoiler: Show

...the amount of war assets is the prerequisite for getting the so called better ending "Synthesis". Why would it matter how many war assets you have for Synthesis since you can battle to the point of triggering all 3 endings with just enough to get the other two?

It would have made a LOT more sense had the 3rd ending involved extended gameplay where you had to battle to yet another location and use those assets to get to it. This is the way the STALKER alternative endings were done. As is I'd rather watch a YouTube vid of Synthesis than be forced to play their ridiculous trial and error scavenger hunt game to get enough assets.

Another thing that doesn't makes sense is if you choose the Destruction ending, there are still Reaper Destroyers all over the galaxy map, despite the game making it look as if they've all been destroyed by the Crucible.

As far as I know, once you finish the game and choose any ending, whether it be the destruction one or not, it then takes you back to the save shortly before the end. It's not necessarily a continuity from what I gathered. At least, that was the case with my savegame.

Also, I really hope they'll shed some more light on who the Crucible really is, and as such, would also like to know who created him if he has received a task to solve the problem of AI vs. organics.

Who? I would think what, since they refer to it merely as a large intricate device.

Anyways, having more fun on my Hardcore play through after getting a feel for the game on Normal with just auto level up. I'll no doubt be playing it this weekend, probably on Insanity.

Spoiler: Show
The battle against the several Geth Prime troops just before taking out the Destroyer was rather haphazard my first run. I didn't make good use of the powers and weapons. This time I laid waste to them pretty well via Tali's Sabotage power and picking up the Geth Spitfire. I may be using Tali more this time, depending on what enemies the game considers to be synthetics vs organics, which doesn't even make sense to me. They make is sound like a war of organic beings rebelling against synthesized mechs, yet there appear to be lots of "organic" enemies.

Currently playing: X-Men Origins: Wolverine - The Game Mass Effect 3

X-Men Origins: Wolverine - The Game So much blood, and so many sharp pointy things. O_O

Mass Effect 3 Yes, I have seen the ending on YouTube, and I am not happy about it, but I am determined to finish playing the game regardless. Just collecting as much armor as I can at the moment. Been using the armor and assault rifle that you get when you play and complete the "Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning" demo, but I really want the Blood Dragon, Cerberus and Collector armor sets though!

(PS: "Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning" sucks)

Sorry my bad... I accidentally typed Crucible.

I meant the Catalyst. Yes, I know that it took on the form of the child who died on Earth, and that the Catalyst was tasked with solving this inevitable battle (AI vs. organics), but it's never really been made clear who are the creators of the Catalyst.

It's better than I thought it would be, had fun with that one.

I have all those via just playing the game and buying them. Honestly, I stick with the Cerberus armor even though it doesn't look fancy. It just has the best balance of perks.
